This agreement governs your use of the virtual private network communication services, related services, and features provided by ACCESS WORLD LOGISTICS (SINGAPORE). The service may not be used to commit criminal acts. It is intended to support privacy and anonymity. You agree not to violate the laws of any jurisdiction from which you access the service or into which you route traffic.

If you do not agree, cancel the installation and destroy, return, or delete all copies of ACCESS WORLD LOGISTICS (SINGAPORE) applications in your possession.

You agree not to use the service to send spam, conduct port scanning, scan for open proxies or open relays, send opt-in or unsolicited bulk email, launch pop-ups from our service, or attack any other computer or network in any way while using our service.

Actual service coverage, speeds, locations, and quality may vary. We aim to make the Service available at all times except for limited periods of maintenance and repair. However, the Service may be unavailable for reasons beyond our control, including emergencies, third-party service failures, transmission issues, equipment or network problems or limitations, interference, and signal strength. The Service may be interrupted, refused, limited, or curtailed. We are not responsible for data, messages, or pages that are lost, not delivered, delayed, or misdirected because of interruptions or performance issues in the Service or in underlying communications services or networks.

We may impose usage or Service limits, suspend the Service, or block certain kinds of usage in our sole discretion to protect users or the Service. Network speed is an estimate and does not indicate the speed at which you or the Service sends or receives data. Actual network speed will vary based on configuration, compression, network congestion, and other factors. The accuracy and timeliness of received data is not guaranteed; delays or omissions may occur.

Hacking, cracking, distributing viruses, fraudulent activities, network sabotage, phishing, and any conduct deemed illegal or unwanted may result in suspension or termination. Users are responsible for the secure configuration of their services and for any damages caused by their neglect or by the exposure of vulnerabilities, whether intentional or unintentional.

We do not impose a fixed cap on bandwidth or data usage per user; however, use of the service is subject to fair-use limits. Creating automated or manual VPN sessions in a way that impersonates a bot, placing excessive load on the network that disturbs other users, or using substantially more bandwidth than the average user for an extended period may be treated as unfair use of the network. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate users involved in unfair use of the service.

ACCESS WORLD LOGISTICS (SINGAPORE) DMCA Policy

ACCESS WORLD LOGISTICS (SINGAPORE) is a provider of transitory digital network communications under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), 17 U.S.C. Section 512(a). Accordingly, it is ACCESS WORLD LOGISTICS (SINGAPORE)'s policy to promptly terminate, without notice, the accounts of users determined to be repeat infringers.

Because of the ephemeral nature of transmissions initiated at the direction of persons using the ACCESS WORLD LOGISTICS (SINGAPORE) Service, it is generally not possible for ACCESS WORLD LOGISTICS (SINGAPORE) to remove content from its system. However, it will use reasonable efforts to identify the offending persons in order to enforce its repeat infringer policy.

Please note that, under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability.
