However, we do not state in this policy that we log VPN browsing activity attributable to an identified user unless such logging is expressly described elsewhere in this policy or required by law.
- Location information. We may collect approximate location information based on signals such as your device settings, GPS data where available, or IP-derived location.
1.3. Information provided to us by third parties

4.1. About Tracking Technologies
We may use technologies such as cookies, pixel tags, web beacons, tracking links, and SDKs to operate the services, remember preferences, understand service usage, measure advertising performance, and support security or fraud prevention.
4.2. Why we use Cookies
We may use cookies and similar technologies to provide core functionality, remember preferences, perform analytics, improve security, and support advertising-related activities.

We currently do not respond to browser or app "Do Not Track" signals where no uniform legal or technical standard requires a specific response.

9.3. Opt-Out From Sale or Sharing
Where applicable California law grants such rights, California residents may request to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information as those terms are defined by law.

California residents may have additional rights, including rights to know, access, delete, and correct personal information, subject to applicable exceptions and verification requirements.
